By accessing or using our services, including NSEFI, Cyber Mlinzi, and our developer APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NBrands Technologies Limited and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Tanzania and foreign countries.

3. Enterprise SLA & Availability

For enterprise clients utilizing NSEFI or our custom API infrastructure, service level agreements (SLAs) guarantee 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance via the administrative dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Service or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Service; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, including but not limited to probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our zero-trust networks without express authorization.

5. Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall NBrands Technologies Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
